Facing fears is a hard thing to do. I started with snakes because it somehow felt like it would be the easiest? (still has yet to be proven true.) I see fears as setbacks, and as I worked through my own with this piece, it inspired new outlooks on not only the subject (wow are snakes beautiful), but also myself.
